I highly recommend Gene’s tire and auto care in Wilmington, NC! I had an excellent experience! I was able to smoothly book my appointment online. I received a text message reminding me about my appointment the day before. When I walked in Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! My Tire pressure light has been on on my dash board for months. I had taken it somewhere else and they said that I must have a bad tire sensor but sometimes it’s better to just replace them all at once. I took it into Gene’s shop preparing myself to possibly be paying for all new sensors and possibly a tire rotation. I knew that it could end up being over $700. John was the mechanic who looked over my Toyota FJ. They called me with the good news before I even got home. They said that my spare tire just needed some air and that my tires were not ready to be rotated yet. They checked all of the sensors and they were all good as well. I am grateful to experience people and a shop with honesty and good character! And I will definitely be back! They made a loyal customer out of me already!

We had a wonderful experience at Gene’s Auto. They saved me a lot of money. Thought my daughter’s car needed a new engine and it didn’t. It was the catalytic converter. I would highly recommend them. They are honest, reasonable and have excellent customer service. Visit Gene’s Auto today.

Absolute 5 star experience this morning. Thank you for helping me with an unforeseen tire issue, extremely quickly, kindly, and for a great price. I did not receive the same customer service from neighboring places when I called! Michael and Glenn in the office were excellent. Thank you.

From the moment that I walked through the door, i was greeted by Glenn with a warm welcome. He reviewed the estimate I had received from another service provider and assured me that the repair was not as urgent as I had been told and at Gene’s Tire and Auto they could provide the work needed for a much more reasonable rate. Glenn was so knowledgeable and explained the issue thoroughly and what was needed to repair it. i would highly recommend Gene’s Tire and Auto to anyone needing a respectful and honest experience. r

Went in for my 2011 Mazda 3. Diagnostic was super fast came back with the exact problem. I thought it was my cb axles, they confirmed with pictures and went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you.
